"Conrad Actually Sells Your Home"...

I find it very easy to the the praises of Conrad Litz of Remax, a true professional in every sense of the word.  I have now completed 6 transactions with Conrad since 1996 and simply would not accept anyone else as my realtor.  He is the best in my opinion.

First, his technical abilities are terrific.  He is computer savvy and finds all relevant listings quickly and with ease. When writing up contracts, he is a perfectionist, protecting his client and ensuring the deal is well understood by all.  Another thing I have seen him do which goes beyond the scope of a realtor's typical duties, is that he does his due diligence at city hall, to ensure that there is nothing else in regards to a particular property that you should know about before buying it. Also, he listens to you and targets what you want.  I had suffered with a couple of realtors prior to meeting Conrad because they literally did not listen to what I desired in the market and showed me homes I had no interest in.  Conrad is very efficient in this matter, with little to no wasted time in finding the homes you may want to buy.

 When selling your home, Conrad actually sells your home, unlike most realtors who just quickly guide people through your home and do nothing to stir up interest in your property. Recently when selling our home, we listed with Conrad of course but as it was on the MLS approximately 10 realtors showed it over a 4 day period.  I would estimate that the average time of each showing could not have been more than 5 minutes.  Well, Conrad showed it once, they buyers viewed it for 45 minutes and made us a nice offer that we accepted the next day.  This was no coincidence. Conrad is the most positive person I have met and he put his best foot forward, like he always does, and literally caught the interest of the buyer qucikly and created the sale. Conrad makes a big difference and is a very positive force.  He is a true professional with great knowledge and people skills.  I recommend him very highly.  After all, if you are going to use a realtor, why wouldn't you use one that is easily one of the best?

"They Were Never More Than A Phone Call Away"...

To complicate matters I was called out of town on business and my wife was left alone with our young toddler to handle the sale of our home. Throughout the whole process Conrad and Barb worked hard on our behalf exposing our home to many qualified buyers.  They began by showing us the importance of staging our home and clearing the clutter so that our home showed well to al interested buyers.  They followed up with an intense marketing plan that brought qualified buyers through our home immediately.  Within 7 days we had 2 written offers!!!  The offer we finally settled upon was above our asking price.  That in our opinion was top notch business.

What impressed us the most is that Conrad & Barb continued working behind the scenes tying up all the loose ends and allowing us to look forward to our new home. They were never more than a phone call away and were onsite anytime needed.  With the Litz's we really felt like family, we got the the full package.  Conrad often told me that, "a good deal is only a good deal if both parties involved win."  Lyndell and I saw that in action.  We both agree that our experience was good because of who we had representing us.  We will never use anyone other than Conrad and Barb.

"More Than 9 Years Have Passed"...

I recently reread the letter that I wrote on your behalf those many years ago, and it brought back many memories.

Looking back from the pont of view of a person suffering continual pain brings a fresh appreciation for the type of service that you provided.  The fact is that issues-even smaller ones-seem magnified in importance and difficult to impossible to deal with during crisis times.

My parents were in a position like that, wherein everything was in a state of emotional turmoil.  They were at a disadvantage when it came to being able to deal with decisions and events-even important ones.  They were in a position wherein they could have easily been taken advantage of.  Even more to the pont, they were in a situation in which the duration of the seperation and divorce process could have been drawn out, creating so much more agonizing and suffering all around.

TO THIS DAY, I am thankful that you were able to enter the situation Conrad, and-quite frankly, you deserve those thanks.  You did everyone a great service, and that service carried on long after the transaciton was completed.

One example of the enduring results was realized when the wills from our parents were read.  The fact that the best price was obtained in the transaction has been a benefit in one way or another to both me and my sister, half brother, all of our spouse, and a number of grandchildren.  Your outstanding service has made life a little bit easier for a sizable number of people

It is amazing how living life can bring forth a whole new perspective on events.  It is also a reminder that we can fail to give thanks when such is due, and then have regretslater on.  I am so glad to have the privilege of saying "thank you" once again-albeit in a different way, and from a different viewpoint.  You are the best, Conrad.

In closing I'd like to congratulate you on the expansion of the LITZ TEAM.  I know that Barb has always been a solid pillar of the team, working tirelessly in the background.  However the fact that she is now Licensed and on the "front lines" cannot help but be of benefit to your clientele in many ways, further expanding the exposure of your listings.  The fact that she has so much experience in helping to run the Team for so many years has to be a huge advantage.  Seems that you also have much to be thankful for.
